The cultural hotel of the Basque Country

Conveniently located hotel very close to the centre of Bayonne. Easy to get in and out of the city using their reserved parking setup. Staff overall quite helpful except one instance where the room was not made up. Great airconditioning and room was quiet.

2 mins from the bust stop straight from Biarritz airport on the No 3 bus ( make sure you get on the one going to Bayonne!)

L’endroit est parfaitement bien placé durant les ferias , le personnel est sympa et les chambres confortables. Mais je ne peux pas mettre 5 étoiles pour les chambres aux hôtels qui succombent à la tentation du design moderne de ne pas offrir 100% d’intimité pour les espaces sanitaires , en l’occurrence ici la salle de bain

Idéalement situé au coeur du vieux Bayonne. Une équipe accueillante et souriante, une chambre calme, un sauna préparé en dernière minute... Nous reviendrons, avec plaisir et une certaine impatience !

The hotel is good. Clean, family room was spacious for 3 people (I think can do 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably). Wifi worked great but Cast to TV did NOT. There is NO free water in rooms or lobby. The is NO minibar or fridge either. The toilet and the bathroom were separated which is great, but bathroom door was transparent and I don't understand why (European/French thing I suppose). There was also a minor issue with getting cold water from faucets, everywhere on Cold setting the water was hot and we had to drain it for good several minutes in order to use. Over all the hotel stay was good and I would probably stay here again. Also the public paid parking is located across the street. Spaces were always available and price is reasonable. It was free during evening/night hours and on weekends (check the rates). Hotel itself does NOT have private parking.

On a vraiment adoré l’hôtel, nous y sommes restés 3 nuits durant les fêtes et sincèrement le personnel est adorable! Nous avons même eu le droit à un petit déjeuné à 4h du matin car nous n’avions pas réussi à manger! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, le petit déjeuné est très bon, on recommande à 100%! C’est aussi extrêmement bien placé en tant que jeunes filles nous voulions avoir notre hôtel proche, et il y a toujours un vigil pour surveiller l’hôtel donc 20/20 niveau sécurité! On recommande à 100%!

We stayed here for a night as we were making our way to Toulouse but we wished we stayed longer just for this hotel. Staff was very helpful even offering help to look for a place for dinner (as it was a Sunday night).

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The AC was great too. Loved the shower and the toiletries provided. Probably the only drawback is that there is no fridge.

The hotel is close to the train station and in close proximity to a lot of the main tourist spots.

Nice little hotel and very clean. Staff were very helpful. 5 minutes walk to the centre.

Hôtel bien situé et personnel aux petits soins. Le restaurant est délicieux.
Il manque néanmoins des rangements dans la chambre et un petit frigo.

Un excellent séjour, l'équipe est accueillante, les chambres sont superbes et les équipements parfait. Le petit déj était parfait aussi. Merci encore !

5-10 min à pied de la gare. Chambre très confortable, même si un réfrigérateur manquait pour une note parfaite. Globalement il s agit d une très bonne adresse. A conseiller
