Designed as a true cocoon, each hotel room in Bayonne combines contemporary elegance with local inspiration. The parquet flooring laid in the traditional Bayonne style, emblematic of the city's traditional houses, is reminiscent of the architecture of the historic centre. On the walls, large prints of works from the Bonnat-Helleu Museum invite guests to discover the artistic world of Léon Bonnat, Paul Helleu and Hubert-Denis Etcheverry. The decorative textiles, created by Maison Jean Vier, add a touch of refinement and highlight renowned Basque craftsmanship.
The establishment is also committed to responsible practices. Particular attention is paid to the choice of welcome products, reducing paper use and optimising environmental impact. A web app accessible via a QR code on the television allows guests to easily view all information relating to their room and the hotel's services. This digital solution now replaces paper media and connected tablets, in line with a more environmentally friendly approach.
On the ground floor, Le Carré restaurant welcomes you throughout the day: breakfast from 7am, lunch, gourmet breaks, workspace, bar or dinner. On Sundays, brunch completes the offer, prolonging the pleasure of a gourmet moment in the heart of Bayonne.
